1. Fee Structure:

– Classes 5 & 7: $80.00 per hour
– Class 4 restricted: $107 per hour
– Class 4 unrestricted: $134 per hour
– Road test package: $170

Each Driving Lesson is a minimum of 1 hour. Each Road Test Session is a minimum of 2 hours, including a 45-minute warm-up. Each Driving Lesson will have a minimum of 55 minutes of practice time.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– A 48-hour notice is required to cancel a driving lesson, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the session will be assessed. Failure to show up will result in the full amount of the session being charged.
– For canceling a road test appointment made by Urban Driving Academy, a 72-hour notice is required to avoid a $25 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.

3. Payment Policy:
– Payment must be made no later than the beginning of each driving lesson or road test session. There will be no refunds for completed driving lessons or road test sessions. Pre-paid lessons or sessions are non-refundable in case of insufficient cancellation notice.

4. Licensing Requirements:
– Students must provide a valid BC Learners Drivers Licence or Drivers Licence, including foreign licenses, before the first lesson. It is mandatory for students to carry their license at all times during training.

5. Vehicle Occupancy:
– Only the instructor and the student are allowed in the Urban Driving Academy vehicle during the lesson time. For observation by a parent or spouse, please send a request in advance.

6. Road Test Booking:
– Road tests can be booked by the student or by Urban Driving Academy. A signed consent and release form is required before Urban Driving Academy can book a road test on the student’s behalf. Students must be actively taking driving lessons within 5 days from a road test booking by Urban Driving Academy, or Urban Driving Academy reserves the right to cancel the appointment.
